Following this time, Guillermo Fuentes held several roles. These roles include Interim Director and Associate Director at Niagara EMS, Interim Director of Prehospital Services, and Deputy Director of Operations Prehospital Services at Urgences-Sante.
This work led to Guillermo Fuentes becoming the Chief Administrative Officer at Niagara Regional Police Service. His tenure spanned approximately five years, during which he oversaw extensive operations, including financial management, human resources, and information management. Guillermo led a team comprising over three hundred civilian staff members and demonstrated adept management skills and strategic leadership.
More recently, Guillermo Fuentes became a Senior Consultant for Fitch & Associations. Initially tasked with responsibilities such as modeling management, system evaluations, and dispatch infrastructure development, he swiftly ascended the ranks within the organization after approximately a year of dedicated service.
Presently, Guillermo Fuentes holds the position of Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Fitch & Associations, LLC.
